The product must be in its original packaging with labels intact and still in the same new condition as when the item was received. You need to contact Greisz watches through our website to be able to send the item in return.

Products pruchased directly from our webshop must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made. Products can not be returned in a local retail store. Please note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.
