WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

If you have purchased Monday – Friday before 11am (GMT+1), your order will ship out the same day. If you purchase after 11am (GMT+1), we cannot guarantee same day shipping. If you purchase during the weekend or a holiday, we will be shipping out your order the next business day.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Once your package has shipped, we cannot make any further changes. Contact us

Yes, free worldwide shipping on all our products from our webshop. Free worldwide shipping on all returns purchased from our webshop within 30 days from receiving you order.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR DUTIES?

All prices shown on greiszwatches.com are including VAT. In case an order will be shipped to an address outside the EU, the VAT will be removed at the checkout.

 

If an order is shipped to an address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days free of charge.  Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Greisz Watches website. The original packaging and protective coverings and product information must be on the product and in the packaging.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I PLACE MY ORDER IN?

For your convenience, we offer payment in a variety of currencies: AUD, CAD, DKK, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK and USD. You can use the currency selector that will allow you to choose which currency you see prices in and check out in.

WHAT KIND OF STAINLESS STEEL DO YOU USE?

We use 316L surgical grade stainless steel.

WHAT MOVEMENTS DO YOU USE?

We use Swiss quartz movement by Ronda. Ronda quartz movements have a good reputation for being extremely reliable. Very long battery life, up to 10 years.

HOW LONG WILL THE BATTERY LAST?

Our batteries are expected to last up to 10 years, but not limited to: external

temperature, humidity, air pressure etc.

MY WATCH STOPPED – WHAT DO I DO?

Please set the time to 12:00 sharp and check that the crown is pushed in, completely, against the watch case. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved. If this does not resolve the issue, kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist you: Contact us

WHAT GLASS DO YOU USE?

We use sapphire crystal glass. The glass is scratch resistant. Sapphire glass is second hardest material on earth.

IS MY WATCH WATER RESISTANT?

The water resistance of a Greisz timepiece is at least 5ATM of water resistance. Withstands pressures equivalent to a depth of 50 meters. Suitable for everyday use, showering and swimming. Not suitable for diving. When using the watch in and around water, do not pull out the crown to change the time. Certain chemicals in water can damage the watch seal as well as perfumes, aerosol sprays and other cosmetics. The gaskets need to be replaced by time to maintain water resistance. Rinse off your watch with fresh water to remove any salt or chemicals. 

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR WATCH

Clean your watch by using a damp cloth. Exposing your watch to chemicals like soap, detergents, cosmetics and perfumes can damage your watch case or strap. Exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading on the watch or strap. Service your watch regulary. Ideally, a mechanical watch should be serviced every two years, while a quartz watch can be serviced every three years. Replace a dead battery as soon as possible to avoid the risk of leakage that can cause a serious damage to the watch. Never open your watch by yourself, it can impact the water resistance of the watch.

WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER DO YOU USE?

We use Genuine Italian Leather for all of our leather straps.

IS MY STRAP INTERCHANGEABLE?

Yes, all of our straps are designed to be swapped in and out in a few seconds and without tools. Simply insert one end of the spring bar into the lug and then slide the quick release lever with your finger.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE LENGTH OF MESH STRAP?

Lift the metal clamp, use a small screwdriver, to loosen the metal clamp that holds the buckle. Slide the buckle to the desired position for the correct size. Once you have found the right length, lock the buckle by pressing down the metal clamp again.

CAN I WASH MY LEATHER STRAP?

Avoid creasing the strap. Wipe the strap gently using a soft rag with warm water. Next apply a premium leather conditioner by applying a small amount to your fingers and gently massaging it into your strap. Always test the conditioner on the back of the band first and be careful not to get too much in the stitching as some conditioners can dry white and can be difficult to remove.

CAN I WASH MY MESH STRAP?

Yes, gently scrub the mesh strap with a mix of water and just a little bit of detergent using a toothbrush or similar.

HOW DO I GET MY GREISZ WATCH REPAIRED?

If you purchased your timepiece from an authorized Greisz Watches retailer, to obtain reparation or replacement of your watch under its warranty, please contact the authorized Greisz Watches retailer or service provider from where it was originally purchased.

If you purchased your timepiece from duty free and/or travel retail, such as - but not limited to - inflight, airport, cruise, etc. please contact us and we will assist you, directly, to the best of our ability.

If you purchased your timepiece directly from our website, and feel it is a matter of warranty, kindly contact us and we will assist you, directly, to the best of our ability.

Kindly note, the Greisz Watches Warranty does not cover:

  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  • Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
  • Battery, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass
  • Watches where the serial number is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.

Greisz Watches does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that the authorized retailer, from where the timepiece was purchased, has appropriately filled in the warranty card.
